If you want to experience sumo firsthand, the highlight of the event will be the opportunity to enter the ring yourself. Feel what it’s like to be in the ring as you have a go at being a rikishi, or sumo wrestler.
*If there are many applicants, one representative in a group or a lottery may be held.
As well as experiencing sumo, enjoy chanko-nabe and other Japanese delicacies, receive a photo with a sumo wrestler, and take home an original sumo goods set as souvenirs of your immersive sumo experience in Asakusa.
